Encouraging Humanitarian Service. . .

Christina in Jamaica
The Gallery for Peace and Justice (GPJ) provides individual grants to qualifying applicants who wish to serve on humanitarian service projects that focus on education, health, social justice, and other basic needs. The cost of transportation to destinations in the United States and around the world can be costly and our mission is to help with those costs.
This photo was taken by a humanitarian medical worker in a Jamaican Medical Clinic, staffed by volunteers from Kansas and Nebraska (2008). See" Those who serve" page for more stories.
